Sharif came to us as a trade.. Kelley Hoffman - kennel BasqueLaine USA, took our “Typical Toivo” and we took Sharif.. he came as a 5 months old longlegged youngster.. What an impression he made at the airport. What a movement he had, nothing like the dogs here in Holland.. In his first year of his live I had quite a struggle to get inside his stubborn head and ways.. But when I finally did, he was the best... Sharif was one of the best dogs I’ve seen and owned..He simply took a lot of Championpoints, but didn’t have enough before he died.. He died the day he mated “Because I am Noa of Mystic Beauty”.. he was struck by lightning.. something you only read in a paper.. It happened to him and us.. I was crying my eyes out for weeks.. Unbelievable.. such a good dog. He mated twice in his short live, once my own “Elegant Shannon of DB” and Noa.. Son “Zoran of DB” is used in breeding, and also dogs of Noa and Sharif were used.. We used his son “Dyaley Special Red of Mystic Beauty” and kept a female “Miss Kayla of Dark Brightness”. I can see a lot of Sharif in Kayla, so I’m happy.. So Thank you Kelley... I’m happy to have had him and known him.. he was a joy...
